IMCAS - HSPAS 2015 Collaboration

On behalf of IMCAS Asia Scientific Board and of the IMCAS Team, we would like to thank you and HSPAS for your precious support. IMCAS Asia 2015 was a fantastic success welcoming more than 1 300 attendees. The feedback received is extremely positive and we are already awaiting for the next edition in 2016 in Taipei (July 29 to 31).
As per our agreement with your society:
- HSPAS society should gain 80 USD for each registration made by one of its members to IMCAS Asia 2015
- HSPAS will send the full list of its members by the deadline of May 30, in order for IMCAS to double check if a registrant is a member of the society.
- To be eligible for the 80 USD, the registration of a HSPAS member must be done either by the member himself or by HSPAS (not by a company).
- In the rare case that the registrant is belonging to several societies with a special offer on the registration, only one society will benefit from this offer.
In order to know which members of HSPAS have registered to the conference, please send us:
- The complete list of HSPAS members, as requested in the original agreement. This list should at least contains the name of the doctors and their contact information.
We will then compare this list with the list of attendees and will be able to proceed to the reimbursement of 80 USD per member who paid their registration at IMCAS Asia 2015.
